According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, currently (October 13): Due to the influence of cold air, the provinces from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai continue to have moderate rain, some places have heavy rain, some places have large rainfall such as: A Luoi (Thua Thien Hue) 29mm, Da Nang 16mm.
Forecast:Today (October 13), due to the influence of cold air, the provinces from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai will have rain, moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms (common rainfall 20-50mm/24 hours). During the thunderstorm, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.Disaster risk level due to heavy rain: level 1.
Today (October 13), there is a possibility of minor flooding on rivers from Quang Binh to Quang Ngai. There is a risk of landslides in mountainous areas and flooding in low-lying areas in the above provinces.
