Chubb Life Vietnam donates equipment to Vinh Thanh Primary School

The activity is part of a series of events to donate teaching and learning equipment to 5 primary schools and 2 kindergartens from October 16 to 25, 2018 in 6 central provinces of Chubb Life Vietnam.

Accordingly, through the Central Region Disaster Prevention Support Fund, Chubb Charity Fund has coordinated with Chubb Life Vietnam to donate computers, library equipment, English classrooms, clean water filtration systems and teaching aids with a total sponsorship value of nearly 1.5 billion VND to 7 schools, including 5 primary schools that were previously sponsored by Chubb Life Vietnam and Chubb Charity Fund for new construction:

- Trieu Do Primary School No. 1 (Quang Tri)

- Quang Thanh Primary School No. 2 (Thua Thien Hue)

- Vinh Thanh Primary School No. 2 (Nghe An)

- Yen My Primary School (Thanh Hoa)

- Cat Chanh Primary School (Binh Dinh)

- Van Khanh Kindergarten (Khanh Hoa)

- Van Hung Kindergarten (Khanh Hoa)

Mr. Lam Hai Tuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Chubb Life Vietnam shared: "The activities supporting the construction of schools in recent years, as well as the donation of teaching and learning equipment this time, are ways for Chubb Life to contribute to creating long-term and sustainable values ​​for localities facing many difficulties in Vietnam, especially the Central region that often suffers from many natural disasters".

Social activities demonstrating responsibility to the community are one of the top priorities of Chubb Group and Chubb Life Vietnam. Since its early years, Chubb Life has continuously made positive contributions to the development of education in Vietnam. Since 2005, Chubb Life Vietnam and the Chubb Charitable Fund have contributed nearly VND 23 billion to support education projects in Vietnam, including the construction of 7 new schools, funding school equipment and awarding scholarships to poor students who have overcome difficulties.
