After cursing each other on Facebook, two people who used to be close friends used knives and machetes to "fight" each other, causing one person to die.

Early morning on October 20, Quy Nhon City Police (Binh Dinh Province) arrested Le Van Tan (19 years old) and Nguyen Quang Thai (20 years old, both from Quy Nhon City), suspects in the "murder" case.

According to initial investigation, Tan, Thai and Le Quan Truong (18 years old) are friends. About 4 days ago, Tan called Truong while he was drunk and said rude words.

Thinking that Truong insulted him, Tan went on Facebook to curse his friend. Truong also "argued" with Tan on Facebook.

On the afternoon of October 19, Tan met Truong in a coffee shop and slapped him in the face. Truong pulled out a Thai knife and tried to stab him back, but was stopped by his friends.

That same evening, Tan brought a machete and asked Thai to take him to find Truong.

At a coffee shop in Phuoc My commune, Quy Nhon city, when Tan appeared with a machete in his hand, Truong also pulled out a Thai knife to "fight" but was slashed many times by Tan with the machete, seriously injuring him. Although taken to the emergency room, Truong did not survive.

After committing the crime, Tan ran to Thai's waiting car and both left the scene.

At dawn on October 20, detectives discovered two suspects hiding at a relative's house and arrested them.
