The serious traffic accident occurred at around 3:30 p.m. on October 21 on National Highway 48E, in Hamlet 4, Quynh Lien Commune, Hoang Mai Town.

At the above time, 2 men over 30 years old were driving a motorbike with license plate 37L2-18808 (identity not yet determined) traveling from Quynh Phuong ward to Quynh Lien commune.
This car was running at high speed and suddenly crashed into a motorbike with license plate 37L1-63030 driven by a young man going in the opposite direction.
The strong collision caused 3 people on the motorbike to be thrown onto the road, 1 person died on the spot, 1 person died on the way to the hospital, and 1 person was seriously injured.
At the scene, the front of the two motorbikes were smashed, debris flying all over the road. The victims were scattered in different directions, blood flowing down their faces.
The cause of the accident is being investigated.
