Russia: “White Helmets” group prepares to stage Syrian army chemical weapons attack
The White Helmets group has begun filming a video of a staged chemical weapons attack by the Syrian government forces with the participation of people who are not local residents, the head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of the Warring Parties in Syria, Lieutenant General Vladimir Savchenko, said.

The Russian general said that the rebels would provoke a retaliatory fire from the Syrian army. Then they would practice staging a chemical weapons attack with toxic munitions, in the territory controlled by illegal armed elements.
"Later, the world will once again see the next victims," Mr. Savchenko clearly stated the plot when referring to the "White Helmets" group's staging of the attack to accuse the Syrian government forces of using chemical weapons.
He also noted that the Reconciliation Center is closely monitoring the situation in the region and will inform the public in a timely manner of further information.
The Center calls on the commanders of illegal armed formations to abandon provocations and take the path of peaceful settlement of the situation in the areas under their control.
