School bus causes accident, one female student dies tragically
(Baonghean.vn) - While driving slowly to pick up students to take them to school, a van caused an accident that killed an 11th grade female student under the wheels.
The serious accident occurred at 8:00 a.m. this morning (November 1) in Hamlet 8, Nghia Hanh Commune, Tan Ky District, Nghe An.
Accordingly, at the above time, the Laotian license plate van UN 6668 of Thang Hue (residing in Lat town, Tan Ky district, Nghe An) was turning from the Ho Chi Minh trail onto the inter-commune road at the above location to pick up students to school.
Initial information from local residents said: While the bus was slowing down to pick up students, female student Ngo Thi Quynh (born in 2001, grade 11 student at Tan Ky High School) suddenly slipped and fell from the bus onto the road. Immediately after, she was run over by the front wheel of the bus, killing her on the spot.

Immediately after the accident, traffic police of Tan Ky district and Nghia Hanh commune police were present to handle the incident.
It is known that the van that caused the accident had a Laotian license plate and had not yet changed ownership. The vehicle had been used to transport students recently.
