In 2018, average income per capita reached 39.2 million VND, the poverty rate according to multidimensional criteria decreased to 4 households.

On this occasion, Party Central Committee Secretary Nguyen Xuan Thang gave Hamlet 6, Nam Nghia Commune 10 million VND to buy loudspeakers, 20 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, along with a warm blanket worth 500,000 VND to 20 poor and disadvantaged households and policy families in the hamlet; the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front gave gifts and cash worth 6 million VND.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Dac Vinh presented a gift of 5 million VND to the hamlet and 15 gifts to the poor, near-poor, and typical disadvantaged policy beneficiaries (each gift worth 500,000 VND and the in-kind gift worth 200,000 VND).
