According to initial information, on the afternoon of October 16, Hoanh passed by a deserted field near the stream of Pok B village (Ea Pok town) and discovered a woman working alone in the field. Then, taking advantage of the woman sitting and resting, Hoanh immediately rushed forward, strangled her, threatened her with a knife, then restrained her to commit rape.
At this time, the woman tried to resist and struggle, Hoanh took a bag and covered the victim's head, then used rope to tie the woman's hands and raped her twice. After finishing, Hoanh immediately fled the scene.
Upon receiving the report, the authorities conducted an investigation and identified the suspect as Ha Van Hoanh.
On October 27, the police invited Hoanh to the investigation agency. At first, Hoanh refused to admit his guilt, but with the clear evidence collected by the police, Hoanh had to bow his head and admit his guilt.
It is known that Hoanh had a previous conviction for unsuccessfully raping a neighbor's girl.
The case is currently under investigation and clarification.
