Sexy body of new Miss Earth Phuong Khanh

On the evening of November 3, Nguyen Phuong Khanh was crowned Miss Earth. She was born in 1994 in Ben Tre.

The beauty was charming in a "Sun Goddess" inspired dress in the final.

During the Miss Earth contest, she often chose see-through, tight-fitting outfits to help show off her curves.

She wore a yellow, slit-shaped, body-hugging dress when participating in the "Evening Dress" competition and won the Gold Medal.

The new beauty queen's figure in a one-piece swimsuit. While studying in Singapore, Phuong Khanh tried to cook for herself to control her food intake and maintain a scientific, healthy diet. She ate a lot in the morning but skipped dinner. Phuong Khanh's diet leaned toward green vegetables, sweet potatoes, beef, chicken breast... and limited starch and sweets. Every week, she worked out 4 times with weights and 3 times with cardio. When she didn't have time to work out, she chose to walk to school to exercise.

The beauty has been training since childhood to maintain a 56 cm waist. However, before the contest, she had to practice muscle building to push her waist to 58 cm, helping her body to be more balanced.
