Military Region 4 has a new Commander
The Prime Minister has just signed a Decision to appoint Major General Nguyen Doan Anh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command to hold the position of Commander of Military Region 4.

Major General Nguyen Doan Anh assumed the position of Commander of the Capital Command from July 2015, replacing Lieutenant General Phi Quoc Tuan who retired according to the regime.
Major General Nguyen Doan Anh was born in 1967 in Hoai Duc district, Hanoi.
He held the positions of Division Commander of Division 301, Capital Command; Deputy Military Commander of Capital Command; Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Capital Command.
Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh is also a delegate of the 14th National Assembly of Hanoi.
