With a democratic and frank spirit, many voters expressed their thoughts, aspirations, recommendations and proposals to all levels and sectors on many practical issues.

Voter Nguyen Tri Phuong, Hamlet 1, Dien Dong Commune, reported that many seriously ill people who had been treated at Dien Chau District General Hospital for a long time without recovery wanted to be transferred to a higher level but were not allowed to, except for a few cases of "lobbying" to be transferred.

Voter Phan Van Nguyen, Dien Thai commune, requested that all levels speed up the process of granting and exchanging land use right certificates for people; at the same time, pay attention to monitoring and handling after inspection and examination.

Voter Nguyen Dinh Long (Hamlet 2, Dien Lien Commune) raised concerns that the Party and State are currently planning to merge hamlets and communes; so how will the handling and merging of infrastructure facilities under the new rural construction program be resolved?

Many issues related to the protection regime for the disabled; resolving policies for retired preschool teachers; increasing allowances for commune police; repairing and upgrading the degraded Dong - Nguyen - Binh route... were also proposed by voters.

At the end of the meeting with voters, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hien fully received the opinions, recommendations and reflections of voters; at the same time, specifically explained a number of issues.

Regarding the work of granting and exchanging land use right certificates, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hien admitted that the progress of this work is slow and the responsibility belongs to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, district and commune authorities, consulting units in surveying and extracting maps and the responsibility of citizens in completing procedural documents.

Recently, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held an explanation session, in which the Department of Natural Resources and Environment participated in the explanation and in the coming time, this work will be resolved and accelerated.

Explaining voters' concerns about the policy of merging hamlets and communes in accordance with the spirit of Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (12th tenure), the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council affirmed that this is a common policy and determination to implement it in order to streamline the organizational apparatus, streamline the payroll, contribute to reducing regular expenditures for the administrative apparatus, and increase expenditures for development investment.

However, the implementation process must be very careful, in the right order, and based on people's consensus, so people can rest assured to agree to implement it.
