“I used to tear it down every day. It ruined my entire wall. Some neighbors even misunderstood that my family was lending money,” said Nguyen Thi Th. (58 years old), pointing to the front gate of her house, complaining about the loan advertisement posters that were stuck up tightly. “But if I tear them down today, they will appear again tomorrow morning. I don’t know when they put them up. I was so helpless that I had to leave them like that, but now the more I tear them down, the more they get messed up.”
