Nguyen Truong To High School (Vinh City) celebrates its 30th anniversary
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 18, Nguyen Truong To High School (Vinh City) held a ceremony to celebrate its 30th anniversary (1988 - 2018).
Attending the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; representatives of Vinh City People's Committee, Department of Education and Training and many generations of teachers and students of the school.

In November 1988, Nguyen Truong To Private High School (now Nguyen Truong To High School - Vinh City) was established to experiment with the provincial-level scientific research project "Universalizing culture, combining vocational education for high school graduates in Vinh City".
Over 30 years of construction, growth and development, generations of cadres, teachers, employees and generations of students have persistently strived to overcome many difficulties, shortages and obstacles, step by step building the school to continuously grow. |

Since its establishment, the school has had more than 13,000 high school graduates, 05 national excellent students, 595 provincial excellent students and thousands of students passing the university, college, vocational high school entrance exams, many of whom have become scientists, doctors, masters, engineers... Many students of the school have grown up and held many important positions in agencies and units from the central to local levels.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department congratulated generations of teachers and students of Nguyen Truong To High School (Vinh City) for their contributions to the education cause over the past 30 years; at the same time, she hoped that the teachers of the school would continue to promote their achievements, effectively implement the education and training innovation program, improve the quality of teaching and learning to achieve many good results in the coming time.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong presented Nguyen Truong To High School (Vinh City) with a banner with the content: "Nguyen Truong To High School promotes the glorious tradition of solidarity, creativity, and emulation in good teaching and good learning (1988 - 2018)".

On this occasion, many collectives and individuals of the school were also awarded Certificates of Merit by the Ministry of Education and Training, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Department of Education and Training for their contributions to the education cause.
