In Con Cuong district, the delegation visited and congratulated Meritorious Teacher Le Van Hinh, 82 years old, former Head of the Department of Education and Training of Con Cuong district; visited and congratulated teacher Nguyen Thanh Binh - Principal of Nghe An Boarding Ethnic Vocational College.
