In Nghi Quang commune,There were 15 petitions from voters, mentioning issues such as: Nghi Quang is a coastal commune, the construction of new rural areas faces many difficulties, the State needs to have a mechanism to support communes in special areas. Bara Nghi Quang dike surface has been seriously degraded, while the traffic volume is high so accidents are likely to occur, the State needs to quickly repair and fix this project.

At the meeting with voters of Nghi Van communeThere were 21 comments with 38 recommendations. Voters suggested that the province should increase investment resources to support communes in building new rural areas, especially supporting cement for rural roads.
Voters also reflected that the current capacity for medical examination and treatment at commune health stations is still weak. They requested the province to increase the number of doctors with good expertise in communes and provide more medical equipment to better meet the needs of medical examination and treatment at communes for the people.

Voters recommended that the province should pay attention to investing in schools to meet the teaching needs in the current situation of rapid population growth; and soon have guidelines for organizing two-session teaching per day for primary schools.
Voters are also concerned about the fact that there are many types of crimes but the penalties are still light and not enough to deter.
