Speaking to reporters, Mr. Luong Van Son - Deputy Director of Ky Son District Medical Center, said: After hearing the information reported by the commune health station, we established a working group, sent staff with expertise in tuberculosis, along with equipment to check and verify, however, through 40 sputum samples of 20 people suspected of having tuberculosis in Huoi Pun village, all were negative for this disease. Thereby, we also mobilized these people to go to the district health center for more detailed imaging and testing to find the cause, however, currently no people have come to be tested.
When asked about the above information, Dr. Dau Minh Quang - Director of Nghe An Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases Hospital, said that in the field of early detection of tuberculosis, Ky Son District Medical Center is a unit with experienced testing staff and does a good job of preventing tuberculosis. However, to determine whether the above patients have tuberculosis or not, it is necessary to examine and do more in-depth tests. To resolve the above situation, Dr. Dau Minh Quang suggested that Ky Son District Medical Center organize a working group to Huoi Pun village to examine, examine and select 10 patients with clear symptoms of the disease, organize examination at the District Medical Center with financial and professional support from the Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases Hospital. Another option was also proposed by Dr. Quang, which is that the Commune Health Station selects about 10 patients with typical symptoms, takes them to the Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases Hospital for examination and finding the cause of the disease to ensure the health of the people.
