At the same time, the Prime Minister also signed Decision No. 1674 to discipline Mr. Nguyen Trong Dung - Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Enterprise Innovation and Development with a warning due to serious violations and shortcomings in his work. The Central Inspection Committee disciplined him with a Party warning on November 20.
Previously, at the 31st session, the Central Inspection Committee considered and disciplined a number of individuals for their related responsibilities in the project of Mobifone Telecommunications Corporation purchasing 95% of shares of Global Audiovisual Joint Stock Company (AVG).
After objectively and comprehensively reviewing the violations and shortcomings of individuals; based on the Party's regulations on disciplinary action against violating Party members, the Central Inspection Committee decided to impose disciplinary action in the form of a reprimand on Mr. Le Manh Ha, former Deputy Head of the Government Office.
At the same time, the Central Inspection Committee also decided to discipline Mr. Nguyen Trong Dung, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Enterprise Innovation and Development, former Party Committee member, Party Cell Secretary, Director of the Department of Enterprise Innovation, Government Office, with a warning.
