When the Miss Universe 2018 contestants visited some historical sites in Thailand, another face that made netizens "wobble" was the beautiful female captain Chananporn Rosjan of Thai Air Asia, which surprised the contestants.

More notably, Chananporn Rosjan was Miss Universe Thailand in 2005 and was also one of the leading candidates for Miss Universe that year.

However, instead of entering showbiz like many other beauty queens, Chananporn decided to pursue her passion of "mastering the sky".

The beauty born in 1982 once shared that being a pilot was her dream since she was a child. Her mother worked as a flight attendant for Thai Airways in the 1970s. As a child, the beauty queen had many opportunities to interact with pilots, as well as the cockpit.

She attended high school in New York while her aunt worked for the Thai Consulate General there. In addition to English and Thai, Chananporn also speaks Italian and German.

In 2000, she returned to Thailand and studied electrical engineering at Thammasat University in Bangkok. After graduating, in October 2004, she applied to the pilot training program of Bangkok Aviation Center (BAC) and AirAsia Thailand.

During her time competing in Miss Universe Thailand 2005, Chananporn received news that she was shortlisted for the pilot training program. However, she was given the opportunity to postpone her training to complete the beauty pageant.

Therefore, despite receiving countless opportunities in showbiz, Chananporn refused all of them to start a pilot course, devoting all her heart to flying in the sky.
Currently, Chananporn Rosjan is known as the most beautiful female pilot in Thailand.
She still maintains a slim figure, with a height of 1m70.
The 36-year-old female captain once "revealed" that instead of fancy outfits, she prefers to wear uniforms and ties.
