Arriving at Thanh Son market, located in hamlet 4, not far from Thanh Son commune headquarters (Anh Son) on a weekend day, there was absolutely no one there. The market gate was closed, the lock was rusty, the inside area was about 1000m2 wide.2empty, no sign of commercial activity
In contrast to the scene at the market, right on the traffic route from Dinh Son commune to Thanh Son and Tho Son is where the main trading activities of the local people take place. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien, a trader here, said: "I really want to have a place to sell at the market, but because the market is built far from the residential area and is not convenient, I am afraid that there will be no customers, so I did not register to attend the meeting."

This is also the common mentality of most traders when asked. Ms. Le Thi Tuyet, another trader, said: "It is more civilized to sell at the market, but the market is far from residential areas, so it is inconvenient for both buyers and sellers. Moreover, home delivery services are currently very developed, so people do not want to go to the market."

With the above reality, Mr. Lo Anh Hong - Chairman of Thanh Son Commune People's Committee said: As one of the new rural projects of the commune, Thanh Son market was completed and handed over to the locality in July 2018. However, for many reasons, the traders still do not register to attend the meeting, so the locality has not been able to organize the "wedding" of the market.
