11 year old girl was threatened with rape by neighbor with weapon many times
When he discovered his 11-year-old neighbor girl home alone, Sang used force and weapons to threaten to rape her.
On December 8, news from the Dak Lak Provincial People's Procuracy said that the unit had just issued an indictment to prosecute the defendant Le Van Sang (born 2001, residing in Hamlet 3, Hoa Tan Commune, Krong Bong District) for the crime of raping a person under 16 years old.

According to the indictment, at noon (an unspecified day) in March 2017, Sang went to the house of neighbor L. (born in 2005) to play, but only L. was home. At that time, Sang saw L. going upstairs to the wooden attic, so he had the intention of having sex with the child and immediately followed.
Here, Sang took out a sharp nail clipper to threaten and then raped L. After finishing, Sang threatened that if L. told anyone about this, he would beat her.
Then, about 4 days later, Sang was walking to the cemetery in village 3 (Hoa Tan commune) when he discovered L. walking ahead. Having a knife on him, Sang covered L.'s mouth, raised the knife to control her, then dragged the victim to a nearby grassy area and committed a brutal act.
After finishing, Sang took a knife and threatened L. not to tell anyone about this story, then went home.
L.'s family discovered that she always showed signs of fear when meeting Sang, so they questioned her many times. In July 2018, L. told her parents about being raped by Sang; immediately after that, L.'s family filed a complaint with the police.
According to the forensic conclusion of the Dak Lak Province Forensic Center, L.'s hymen was torn and scarred. At the police station, Sang confessed to all his crimes.
