Young man used pen gun to shoot his brother's friend
While watching a cockfight, he saw his friend's younger brother take out a gun to play with. Mr. Hau said "don't joke around" and was shot dead on the spot.

On December 13, lying on a hospital bed with a wound in his neck, Ho Sy Hau (25 years old, in Phuoc Long town, Binh Phuoc) said that three days ago, he went to his friend's house in Bu Gia Map district to play.
While Mr. Hau was watching the cockfight, his friend's younger brother took out a pen gun to play with. Seeing the gun barrel pointed at him, Mr. Hau said "don't joke around" and was shot dead on the spot.
Doctors at Binh Phuoc General Hospital stitched the victim's neck artery, which was almost severed by the impact of a 5.6 mm bullet. "I don't know that person and I don't understand why he shot me," the victim said.
Binh Phuoc Provincial Police have arrested the young man who caused the shooting for investigation.
A pen gun is a homemade weapon shaped like a pen. It can cause fatal damage when fired within a 5 meter radius.
