"Bamboo rafts" with large capacity engines operating illegally in Nghe An waters
(Baonghean.vn) - Dozens of rafts with high-capacity engines operate day and night in the coastal area of Nghe An. These illegal rafts are seriously affecting the living environment of marine species as well as the livelihoods of other fishermen.
