The People's Committee of Nghe An province approved draft decisions related to land prices.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 20th, under the chairmanship of Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee continued the agenda of its regular December 2018 meeting. The meeting heard and gave opinions on six items in preparation for the 2019 socio-economic development plan.

Accordingly, members of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of departments and agencies listened to reports on: the Draft Decision promulgating the land price adjustment coefficient for 2019; the Draft Decision on authorizing the approval of specific land prices for calculating land compensation when the State recovers land, specific land prices for allocating land for resettlement, and specific land prices for determining the starting price for auctioning land use rights in Nghe An province; and the Draft Decision amending and supplementing the land price list for the period from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2018 in Anh Son district.

Representatives from the Department of Finance, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and the Department of Construction further clarified several related issues. They emphasized the necessary elements for drafting a decision to adjust land prices appropriately for application in 2019 and subsequent years.
In addition, the draft decisions closely adhere to practical requirements and take into account the next stage of development.
The conference unanimously approved the aforementioned reports and draft decisions.
