Truck carrying rice to support border residents catches fire in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - While transporting rice to support people in the border commune of Que Phong district, the tractor suddenly caught fire, leaving only the frame.

At around 7:30 a.m. this morning (December 21), on Pu Nguon slope, Hiep An village (Thong Thu commune, Que Phong district), a rice tractor caught fire.

According to witnesses at the scene, when the tractor-trailer with license plate 37R-006.36 reached the top of Pu Nguon slope, the front of the vehicle caught fire fiercely. This was the vehicle carrying rice to support the people of Thong Thu border commune. There were about 70 tons of rice on the vehicle.

Authorities were present at the scene to put out the fire but were unsuccessful. After the fire, the car was left with only the frame, and about 10 bags of rice were damaged.
