Nghe An: Over 25,000 billion VND disbursed as loans for major projects.
(Baonghean.vn) - In 2018, credit activities in Nghe An province experienced fairly stable growth, focusing on investment in agriculture, rural areas, exports, small and medium-sized enterprises, and lending to large projects.
The total outstanding loans of credit institutions in the area are estimated at VND 173,479 billion, an increase of VND 22,890 billion compared to the beginning of the year, equivalent to 15.2% of the planned target (the planned target was...).Loan growth is expected to be around 15-20%.

The credit structure continues to focus on investing in production, with an emphasis on investing in agriculture, rural areas, exports, and small and medium-sized enterprises.
Specifically: Outstanding loans for agricultural and rural development are estimated at nearly VND 74,424 billion, an increase of 16.3% compared to the beginning of the year. Outstanding loans to policy beneficiaries through the Social Policy Bank are estimated at VND 7,720 billion, an increase of 7.2% compared to the beginning of the year. Export loans are estimated at VND 2,240 billion, an increase of 14.9% compared to the beginning of the year. Outstanding loans for the housing support package under Resolution 02/NQ-CP are estimated at VND 330 billion, a decrease of 13.2% compared to the beginning of the year. Outstanding loans for shipbuilding under Decree 67/2014/NĐ-CP are estimated at VND 780 billion, a decrease of 6.1% compared to the beginning of the year.

Outstanding loans for large-scale provincial projects (investment capital of 100 billion VND or more) currently financed by banks: There are currently 49 large-scale provincial projects being financed by 18 banks in the area, with a total committed financing amount of over 30,414 billion VND; 25,060 billion VND has been disbursed, leaving an outstanding balance of 18,077 billion VND.
In 2018, the amount of capital mobilized in the area was estimated at 123,552 billion VND, an increase of 16,115 billion VND, or 15%, compared to the beginning of the year.
