Nghe An Department of Education and Training inspects universal education work in Nghia Dan
(Baonghean.vn) - On December 24 and 25, the Inspection Team for Recognition of Districts for Universal Education and Literacy Eradication of Nghe An Department of Education and Training had a working session with Nghia Dan district to assess the situation of universal education and illiteracy eradication of the district.

By 2018, Nghia Dan district had 25 kindergartens, 26 primary schools, and 16 secondary schools. Of these, 17 kindergartens, 24 primary schools, 7 secondary schools, and 2 high schools were recognized as National Standard Schools. Nghia Dan has promoted the socialization of education, gradually solidifying the facilities for teaching and learning; 100% of schools have eliminated temporary classrooms, and some secondary schools have at least 2 standard practice laboratories...
The results of eliminating illiteracy at all ages have been guaranteed, with the literacy rate of children aged 6-14 reaching 97.92%, the literacy rate of children aged 15-25 reaching 99.46%, and the literacy rate of children aged 15-60 reaching 97.96%.

In Nghia Dan district, the Inspection Team on education universalization and illiteracy eradication of the Department of Education and Training of the province announced the decision to establish an inspection team. After listening to the report on education universalization in Nghia Dan district, the team went to inspect the situation of education universalization and illiteracy eradication in 3 localities in Nghia Dan district.
At the end of the inspection, the delegation recognized Nghia Dan as achieving level 2 literacy, universal preschool education for children over 5 years old, level 3 primary education, and level 3 secondary education.
