(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 27, the Provincial Party Committee Office held a conference to review Party building work in 2018 and deploy tasks for 2019.
In 2018, the Provincial Party Committee Office directed the Party cells to closely follow the regulations and working programs to concretize activities and serve well the assigned political tasks; closely follow the Working Regulations of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and the policies and resolutions of the superiors, the practical situation of the Party Committee; directed the research and selection of key issues to advise on the development of the 2018 working program, and advise on drafting timely documents to serve the direction and operation of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee and the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Hoang Van Nhien, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies, highly appreciated the capacity, pure moral qualities, solidarity and collaboration spirit of each party member and hoped that each party member in the Office Party Committee would promote those values as strength to successfully complete the tasks.

In 2018, the Provincial Party Committee Office received and processed 11,445 incoming documents; issued 4,089 outgoing documents, including 09 directives, 119 reports, 52 plans, 46 conclusions, 01 resolution, 485 notices, 811 decisions, 22 regulations, 20 programs, 3 projects, 1,160 official dispatches... The work of Archives, Cryptography - IT, Administration, and Party Finance continued to be innovated, achieving many high results.
Also at the conference, the officials and civil servants listened to the Report on the implementation results of the Resolution in 2018, the deployment of tasks in 2019; Report on the activities of the People's Inspectorate for the term 2017-2018; Financial report in 2018; Election of the People's Inspectorate for the term 2019-2020. The officials and civil servants focused on discussing and proposing directions and solutions to effectively implement the tasks in 2019.
Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office requested cadres, civil servants and employees to absorb comments and suggestions; unite, unify and reach consensus to carry out assigned tasks. Each cadre and civil servant has good coordination in carrying out Party, Youth Union and professional tasks; contributing to building a good working environment to strive to compete to excellently complete professional tasks and Trade Union activities set out in 2019.
