15 year old boy makes homemade firecrackers to sell
(Baonghean.vn) - Tan made firecrackers himself, then rolled them into firecrackers and found people to sell them, each for 100,000 VND.

At around 12 noon on December 28, the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police, while patrolling and controlling traffic on Mai Hac De Street, Quan Bau Ward, Vinh City, discovered two teenagers driving a motorbike 37M1-756.98 with suspicious signs.
Stopping the vehicle for inspection, the patrol team discovered two teenagers carrying a sack containing 15 homemade firecrackers, 0.7cm in diameter and 24cm long.
The teenager driving the motorbike was Nguyen Duy Tan (15 years old, resident of hamlet 3, Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city), the teenager sitting behind was Tan's younger brother.

Tan confessed that he made his own firecrackers, rolled them into firecrackers, and sold them at night for 100,000 VND each. He had previously sold them successfully once to a customer in need. Tan made the confiscated firecrackers in one day.
Vinh City Police are continuing to handle and resolve the case in accordance with the law.
