More than 36 tons of oranges were consumed at the Vinh - Nghe An Orange Fair 2018
(Baonghean.vn) - Taking place from December 27 to 30, 2018, the Vinh - Nghe An Orange Fair 2018 attracted 2,694 visitors to visit and buy products. According to statistics from the Fair Organizing Committee, the number of oranges consumed in 4 days was about 36,000 kg and more than 5,000 products at other booths.
The fair attracted 60 booths from 21 districts, cities and towns in the province. Of these, 40 booths displayed Vinh orange specialties, along with products, services and materials for the production, harvesting and preservation of oranges; 20 booths displayed specialties from districts that do not grow oranges. The products brought to the fair were of guaranteed quality and reasonable prices.

In addition to displaying and introducing Vinh orange products and specialties from many regions of Nghe An province, at the Vinh Orange - Nghe An Fair in 2018, many other activities also took place such as: Workshops introducing technologies for seed production, planting, care and preservation of oranges after harvest.

According to preliminary statistics from the Organizing Committee, during the 4 days of the fair, 2,694 customers came to visit and buy products. Of which, about 36,000 kg of oranges were sold and more than 5,000 kg of other products with regional specialties.
The jury of the Vinh Orange Fair's beautiful booths selected 1 First prize, 1 Second prize, 1 Third prize and 5 Encouragement prizes./.
