Hunting down neighbors after housewarming party

Huong Khe District Police (Ha Tinh) has just prosecuted and detained Dinh Van Hai (18 years old, residing in Huong Lam commune) to investigate the crime.Intentional injury,according to Article 134 of the Penal Code 2015.
According to the investigation documents, Hai had a previous conflict with Dinh Van Doan (22 years old, living in the same commune). On the evening of June 22, knowing that Doan was going to celebrate a housewarming party at a friend's house in Hamlet 9, Hai prepared a knife and invited his cousin to wait in front of the gate to "talk".
Seeing Mr. Doan just step out of the gate, Hai chased after him and slashed him, seriously injuring him, causing 27% damage to his health. After committing the crime, Hai fled the scene.
