Announcement of Decision to appoint Vice Rector of Vinh University
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 4, Vinh University held a ceremony to announce the Decision to appoint comrade Nguyen Ngoc Hien - Head of the Faculty of Education, Vinh University to hold the position of Vice Rector, term 2015 - 2020.

Attending the announcement ceremony were representatives of the Ministry of Education and Training; comrades: Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Hoang Dinh Tuan - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; Le Thi Hoai Chung - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Decision No. 5558/QD-BGDDT dated December 25, 2018 on appointing comrade Nguyen Ngoc Hien - Head of the Faculty of Education, Vinh University to hold the position of Vice Rector of Vinh University, term 2015 - 2020.
In his congratulatory speech, Professor Dinh Xuan Khoa - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Party Secretary, Principal of Vinh University, affirmed that this is both an honor but also a great responsibility for comrade Nguyen Ngoc Hien.

Professor, Doctor, Meritorious Student Dinh Xuan Khoa also hopes that comrade Nguyen Ngoc Hien will continue to promote advantages, overcome limitations and shortcomings to join the Party Committee and Board of Directors of Vinh University to lead and direct the construction and development of the school, becoming one of the 20 key national universities, with a worthy role in the university system nationwide.
Thanking the trust and confidence of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors and the school, Vice Principal Nguyen Ngoc Hien promises to continue to make efforts, be dedicated and highly responsible in his new position so as not to disappoint the trust of the school.
