The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has just reported on the situation of salaries and bonuses for employees. This is the result after the Department coordinated with the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone to survey 250 enterprises located in the area, including 21 single-member LLCs with 100% of charter capital held by the State, 53 enterprises with shares and capital contributions from the State, 131 private enterprises and 45 FDI enterprises.

Compared to 2017, the average salary of employees in the province in 2018 paid by enterprises increased by 5 - 7%. Enterprises with state-owned capital increased by 5.1%, enterprises with controlling shares and capital contributions of the State increased by 5.2%, private enterprises increased by 6%, and FDI enterprises increased by 7.2%.
According to statistics, Nghe An has 10,502 enterprises which are LLCs with 100% of charter capital held by the State, companies with shares and capital contributions controlled by the State, private enterprises and FDI enterprises. The total number of employees working at these enterprises is more than 240,000 people. The highest salary belongs to a private enterprise./.
