State Auditor General gives Tet gifts to the poor in Thanh Chuong
(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of welcoming the Lunar New Year 2019, comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, State Auditor General visited and gave gifts to encourage policy families and poor households in Thanh Phong commune, Thanh Chuong district on the afternoon of January 9.
Accompanying the delegation were comrades: Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Deputy Heads of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation: Nguyen Thanh Hien, Tran Van Mao and leaders of Thanh Chuong district.

In Thanh Phong commune (Thanh Chuong), State Auditor General Ho Duc Phoc presented 50 gifts, each worth VND500,000, and VND2 million in cash to 50 families of war invalids, martyrs, and those in difficult circumstances.
Kindly inquiring about the health and preparations for the Lunar New Year of the families, the State Auditor General expressed his hope that the Party Committee, government, and organizations of Thanh Phong commune and Thanh Chuong district would continue to pay attention and take care of poor households and households in especially difficult circumstances so that the families can have a happy and warm traditional New Year, as well as have the conditions to rise up and stabilize their lives.
Comrade Ho Duc Phoc also hopes that households will continue to overcome current difficulties, try to gradually stabilize their lives, and escape poverty.
