Awarding certificates of merit to 24 collectives with outstanding achievements in the skillful mass mobilization movement in Ky Son

In the period from 2015 to 2018, in the mountainous district of Ky Son, there were 24 collective models and 24 individuals with many outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization". Thereby, many models and typical examples were promoted and replicated, contributing to strengthening the great solidarity of the local people, promoting economic development, increasing people's income from 18 to 20.9 million VND/person/year, and improving the material and spiritual life of the people.
