(Baonghean.vn) - Traveling in the same direction, a sleeper bus collided and pushed a car to spin next to a residential fence on National Highway 1A, causing local traffic congestion on the North-South lane.

The above accident occurred at around 11:00 a.m. on January 16 on National Highway 1A, passing through Hamlet 17, Dien Yen Commune, Dien Chau District.

At the above time, the passenger bus with license plate 18B - 019.98 (driver's identity unknown) was traveling on National Highway 1A in the North - South direction. When reaching hamlet 17, Dien Yen commune, Dien Chau district, it suddenly lost control and crashed into a car with license plate 37A - 276.72, driven by a man.

According to the reporter's records, at the scene, the passenger bus collided from behind and pushed the car sideways, causing the car's rear end to be severely damaged, and the entire rear windshield was completely shattered. There were about 10 passengers on the bus at the time.

It is known that at the time the passenger bus caused the accident in Dien Chau area, it was raining and the road was slippery. Fortunately, the accident did not cause any casualties.

After the accident, the Dien Chau Station Traffic Police (under the Nghe An Provincial Traffic Police Department) and Dien Chau District Police were present at the scene to direct traffic on National Highway 1A to avoid congestion. However, due to the rain, the passenger bus that caused the accident blocked the National Highway, so one lane of the North-South route was also partially blocked.

Currently, the cause of the accident is being investigated by Dien Chau District Police.
