At around 2:00 p.m. on January 24, Anh Son District Police received a report from the public that a number of people were preparing to illegally use drugs in Block 4B, Anh Son Town.
Immediately afterwards, the Criminal Investigation Police Team on Criminal - Economic - Drug Crimes, Anh Son District Police organized verification and discovered and caught Pham Van Truong (born 2001, residing in village 10, Hoa Son commune) holding 8 pink pills in his hand.
Truong confessed that he bought the drugs for a friend to use at his girlfriend's birthday party that night.
Truong is being detained by Anh Son District Police for further investigation.
