With the theme of cultural exchange between “West and East”, between traditional and modern flows, the main part of the 10th EC program was inspired by the work “So do” by writer Vu Trong Phung to create a musical. |
A large audience attended the gala. |
Through the musical, the organizers want to convey to the audience: "We integrate but do not dissolve; in the intrusion of many foreign cultures, the young generation of Vietnam can still maintain traditional national elements, while at the same time grasping and learning from new foreign features." |

The program was chosen to be built based on Vietnamese literary works combined with the performing language (English) and the musical form completely from abroad to demonstrate cultural exchange not only in terms of content but also in the way the festival was performed. |
Through the gala night, the students hope that EC will become a vibrant and ideal playground for exchange and learning, creating more opportunities for young people to communicate in English. |
As well as helping the audience have a fresh look at the creative thinking ability and confidence of the English major, inspiring students and promoting the creativity of the young generation. |
EC is a traditional program of the English major classes at Phan Boi Chau High School, which takes place once a year. The first program was held in 2009 and it has been exactly 10 years since the program was organized. The forms of organization are singing, dancing, games... to improve knowledge of English and culture of countries that use this language.
