The accident occurred at 6:30 a.m. on January 27 on National Highway 48B, km 15+ 030, in Hamlet 8, Quynh My Commune, Quynh Luu District.
At that time, truck with license plate 38C-06314 carrying more than ten tons of stork bran was traveling from Nghia Dan to Cau Giat town (Quynh Luu). When avoiding a vehicle going in the opposite direction, it lost control and overturned into a ditch. The bran on the truck fell into the ditch, the truck was severely damaged.
At the time of the accident, there were 3 people in the cabin, fortunately no one was seriously injured.
