12 billion VND beautiful Tet decoration lighting system in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - Vinh City People's Committee has implemented a project to install new decorative electrical systems and repair broken lighting systems to serve the Lunar New Year with a total cost of 12 billion VND.
