At 5:00 p.m. on February 3, 2019, at a house on Nguyen Duy Trinh Street, Mr. H. was setting off firecrackers when he was caught red-handed by Hung Dung Ward Police.
At the time of arrest, the man had two firecrackers, 2.5 cm in diameter, in his hands. In addition, the police also confiscated many pieces of yellow and red plastic, which were firecracker shells, on the road. During the arrest, the man voluntarily handed over 13 more firecrackers.
Hung Dung Ward Police also detained another man born in 1986, residing in Hung Dung Ward, for possessing an unlit firecracker. Both were then handed over to Vinh City Police for investigation and handling.
