Accordingly, software such as: Asset management software, budget management software, driver's license management, automatic queue management; civil servant management software, appraisal record management, fee collection, traffic infrastructure management; administrative penalty software; driver testing software; civil status management software, online conference, recording, film editing, photo editing, digital file management, poor and near-poor household management... have a usage period of 5 years.

Other intangible fixed assets are regulated as follows: Patents have a 20-year term of use, utility solutions, trademarks, semiconductor integrated circuit layout designs have a 10-year term of use, and industrial designs have a 5-year term of use.
The issuance of the Decision on Regulations on the list of usage time, depreciation rate of intangible fixed assets, special fixed assets, other fixed assets under the management of Nghe An province aims to strictly and effectively manage physical assets and asset values in accordance with the provisions of law on management and use of public assets and relevant laws, on the basis of reporting on the list of assets and comments of agencies and organizations in the past time in accordance with Circular No. 45/2018/TT-BTC on guiding the management regime, calculation of depreciation and amortization of fixed assets at agencies, organizations, units and fixed assets assigned by the State to enterprises for management, excluding the state capital component in enterprises.
