Collision with a car, 2 sisters injured on their way home from school
(Baonghean.vn) - A traffic accident occurred in Xuan Tuong commune, Thanh Chuong district, causing a female student to die on the spot.
Mr. Nguyen Phung Hoa - Chairman of Xuan Tuong Commune People's Committee also confirmed that at around 11:30 a.m. on February 20, on National Highway 46, through Hamlet 4 of the commune, a tragic accident had just occurred.

Specifically, at the above time, two biological sisters, NTBB (born in 2002) and NTD (born in 2004), both living in Hamlet 4, Xuan Tuong Commune, Thanh Chuong District, were on their way home from school and were about to cross the street when they suddenly collided with a car with license plate 37A - 358.28 (driver's identity unknown) traveling in the direction of Vinh City - Dung Town.
The collision left two children seriously injured, NTBB died on the way to the emergency room, NTD is currently being transferred to the provincial hospital for emergency treatment. At the scene, the car was severely damaged, the front end was deformed.
Upon receiving the information, Xuan Tuong Commune Police and Thanh Chuong District Police quickly arrived at the scene to make a record and clarify the cause of the accident.
