Arrested 12 subjects gambling all night, seized more than 90 million
(Baonghean.vn) - Quynh Luu District Police said that the agency is temporarily detaining 12 subjects involved in gambling for investigation, and at the same time completing the case file to prosecute the case before the law.
Previously, at 0:15 a.m. on February 20, after receiving a report from the public, the Quynh Luu District Police task force mobilized forces to raid the house of Ho Huu Hanh (born in 1982), residing in Hamlet 4, Quynh Nghia Commune, and discovered and arrested many people participating in gambling.

Through the investigation, 12 subjects were identified as participating in gambling in the form of shaking the dice, of which 10 subjects participated in direct gambling; 02 subjects were in charge of looking after, protecting and performing the gambling act.
The subjects include: Ho Huu Hanh (born in 1982); Pham Kien (born in 1984); Dinh Trong Sang (born in 1978); Ho Van Hoang (born in 1987); Truong Van Tam (born in 1975); Ho Khac Kien (born in 1990); Ho Luc (born in 1990); Ho Tan (born in 1991); Dinh Trong Nham (born in 1980; To Duy Hung (born in 1990); Ho Van Thinh (born in 1984) and Ho Hoang (born in 1994). The subjects all reside in Quynh Nghia commune, Quynh Luu district.
Evidence seized at the scene included 92.6 million VND, 10 mobile phones and gambling tools.
Considering that the violations of the above subjects have signs of the crime of "Gambling" under Article 321 of the 2015 Penal Code, Quynh Luu District Police are temporarily detaining 12 subjects to investigate and expand the case; at the same time, completing the procedures to prosecute the case and prosecute the defendants before the law.
