At around 11:00 a.m. on February 23, a serious traffic accident occurred in the area near Hai Bridge, bordering Nghia Dong Commune (Tan Ky) and Nghia Khanh Commune (Nghia Dan) between a motorbike with license plate 37 N1-184.64 and a truck with license plate 12C - 010.96, causing 1 death and 1 injury.

Mr. Le Van Khoa - a motorcyclist born in 1958, residing in Hamlet 8, Tien Ky Commune (Tan Ky District) was driving his son from Nghia Dan to Tan Ky to Hai Bridge when he collided with a truck with license plate 12C - 010.96 going in the opposite direction.
The accident killed Mr. Le Van Khoa on the spot, his son was seriously injured and taken to a higher level hospital for emergency treatment, the motorbike was severely damaged, and the truck's front end was damaged.
Currently, the case is being investigated by the authorities.
