Handling 4 households producing and trading dashboard tiles violating traffic safety
(Baonghean.vn) - The Traffic Safety Committee of Quynh Luu district has just launched a campaign to clear the traffic safety violation corridor and handle 4 households gathering and selling dashboards on Van - Bang route.
Van - Bang Road, adjacent to National Highway 1A, goes down to the coastal communes through Provincial Road 537B, which plays an important role in the trade and travel of the people. However, recently, in Hamlet 18, Quynh Van Commune, many households have rented land from the commune to produce dashboards, causing traffic safety problems on this route.

According to people's feedback, in addition to the rented land area, these households also arbitrarily encroached on the traffic corridor land to use as a place to gather construction materials for production, affecting the movement of vehicles.
In response to the above incident, the District Traffic Safety Committee led by Mr. Nguyen Van Quy - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, came to inspect and handle the above violating households. Through inspection, on this route, there are 4 households producing dashboards located next to Van - Bang road, all encroaching on the traffic safety corridor.
At the dashboard manufacturing household of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Huan's family, the District Traffic Safety Committee together with the local authorities conducted measurements and discovered that the area of violation from the boundary of the leased land to the edge of the road exceeded 10 meters; therefore, the Traffic Safety Committee requested the family to dismantle the encroaching construction; mobilized machines to remove materials from the violating location, and at the same time made a record of administrative fines.

According to the Traffic Safety Committee of Quynh Luu district, the delegation will strictly handle violations of encroachment on traffic corridors. Initially, on Van - Bang route, the delegation will handle 4 households violating the regulations, then continue to inspect and handle households producing dashboards along National Highway 1A and some other routes; thereby ensuring clear roads and sidewalks for vehicles and people to travel conveniently.
