Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Pham Tuan Vinh emphasized: "To successfully implement the Youth Month and the Year of Youth Volunteers - 2019, spreading the green shirt of Youth Volunteers, Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province promote the intelligence and creativity of young people to implement effectively and in accordance with the practical conditions of localities and units. In particular, volunteer activities must take advantage of and promote the highest level of expertise and intelligence of youth union members in each field to bring greater value."

In particular, the youth union members, civil servants, public employees, and armed forces focus on implementing voluntary activities to work overtime to serve the people, participate in administrative reform, build office culture, transfer science and technology to apply in production, and protect national security.

The goal is that each member and youth participate in at least 2 volunteer activities. At the same time, it must ensure absolute safety, practicality, efficiency, sustainability and creativity to create specific products with new and positive values ​​for society, ensuring orientation and guidance for youth to practice, strive and mature.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union presented 20 gifts to 20 former Youth Volunteers in difficult circumstances in Vinh city; 20 gifts to students in difficult circumstances who have strived to study well, each gift worth 500,000 VND.
