Asset handling, auction of land of Tuoi Tho Kindergarten in Thanh Chuong
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Provincial People's Committee agreed to the plan to sell assets on land and transfer land use rights by auction for the Tuoi Tho Kindergarten land in Thanh Chuong district in accordance with current regulations.
Accordingly, considering the proposal of the Department of Finance, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued a document proposing a solution to handle the housing and land facilities of the Center for Vocational Education and Continuing Education of Thanh Chuong district.

In addition to the plan to sell assets on land and transfer land use rights by auction for the above land, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to advise on issuing a decision approving the plan to rearrange and handle real estate for the housing and land facilities of the Center for Vocational Education and Continuing Education of Thanh Chuong district.
Previously, the Tuoi Tho Kindergarten - a project of Minh Sang Construction and Education Investment Joint Stock Company built on the land belonging to the above center - had all activities suspended when the investor had not been allocated land by the State and had not completed legal procedures. Regarding the above violations, the Thanh Chuong District Disciplinary Council also clarified the responsibilities and reprimanded 5 related individuals.
Also in the document of the Provincial People's Committee, although the investor has repaired and upgraded 2 fairly solid classrooms and auxiliary works, the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee did not compensate because "this is an asset created in violation of regulations". The province also assigned the Department of Finance to coordinate with relevant departments and branches to advise on a plan to handle assets created in violation of regulations in accordance with legal documents.
