Previously, on March 5, while patrolling in Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station inspected a passenger car with license plate 49B - 012.23, driven by Mr. Ngo Ngoc Toi (born in 1973), residing in Lang Son province, transporting a foam box containing 55 kg of pork and pig organs.
All of the above goods did not have quarantine certificates. Immediately after that, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station handed them over to Dien Chau District Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Station to destroy them according to the law... Driver Ngo Ngoc Toi was administratively fined 7 million VND.
