Proposing Nghe An Provincial Youth Union to create a "channel" connecting young people and employers
(Baonghean.vn) - That was one of the opinions raised at the press conference of the "Job Fair 2019" program organized by the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union in coordination with the Provincial Youth Development Support Center on March 13.

Speaking at the press conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Le Van Luong said that the 2019 Job Fair will be held on March 16-17 with nearly 1,000 job opportunities opened in different fields. Participating in the "2019 Job Fair" program are about 24 enterprises; 12 universities, colleges, intermediate schools and nearly 10,000 students, youth union members and workers in the province.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union also hopes that the Job Fair will be a useful bridge between youth union members, students and businesses to support young people in accessing information about jobs, applying for suitable job positions, and creating conditions for businesses to recruit human resources according to requirements.
Speaking at the meeting, the representative of the enterprise in the field of sending trainees - engineers to work in Japan, Mr. Tran Trung Hieu, was concerned that currently, many Nghe An workers have to spend a large amount of money to go to Japan to work, while Official Dispatch 1123/LĐTBXH-QLLĐNN of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs has clearly informed the cost of sending trainees to work in Japan. Many domestic and foreign enterprises have a very high demand for human resources, but due to the lack of information about workers, recruitment has encountered many difficulties.
Therefore, it is recommended that the Provincial Youth Union create an official information channel to quickly connect young people and workers in need of jobs with businesses in need of recruitment.

Also related to the issue of businesses finding it very difficult to find people, Mr. Nguyen Thuong Duc, representative of the Nghe An branch of the business in the field of Study Abroad and Foreign Language Training, said that there are currently many units participating in labor recruitment as well as labor export; however, due to weak capacity, some companies are unable to recruit, causing serious economic consequences for participating workers; at the same time, creating a negative effect that makes families, young people, and workers confused when looking for jobs.
Therefore, it is recommended that the Provincial Youth Union should have a plan to inspect the financial and legal capacity and working methods of enterprises to create prestige for partners, families and workers...

According to the opinions of representatives of universities and colleges in Nghe An, there should be signing and coordination between labor export enterprises and universities and colleges to improve the quality of training, provide vocational skills for workers while still in school; help orient students to jobs, and solve the problem of unemployment after graduation.
Also at the meeting, representatives of many businesses spoke and highly appreciated the plan to organize the "Job Fair Program 2019".
