Vinh City: Merging the Cultural and Sports Center with the Radio and Television Station
(Baonghean.vn) - According to the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee, Vinh City will merge the Center for Culture and Sports with the Radio and Television Station to form the Center for Culture, Sports and Communications of Vinh City.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Minh Thong has just signed Decision No. 651/QD-UBND dated March 5, 2019 approving the Project to merge the Center for Culture and Sports with Vinh City Radio and Television Station into the Center for Culture, Sports and Communications of Vinh City.

The merger of the Center for Culture and Sports with the Radio and Television Station aims to restructure the organizational apparatus in a reasonable and effective manner, ensuring good performance of the transferred functions and tasks; gradually standardizing the team with sufficient capacity and qualifications to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new period.
After the merger, the organizational structure of the Vinh City Center for Culture, Sports and Communications has a Director and no more than 2 Deputy Directors. Professional and technical departments include: Administrative department; Cultural and Sports department; Radio and Television department.
The staffing and number of employees of the Center are assigned by the Provincial People's Committee according to the annual staffing plan based on the assigned functions, tasks, job title structure, and job positions according to regulations. In the immediate future, when newly established, the staffing and number of employees of the Center will be equal to the total number of civil servants and public employees in the staffing quota of the units when reorganized and continue to implement the staffing streamlining policy in accordance with regulations. According to the roadmap, the handover and receipt of facilities, equipment, finance, and staffing will take place in April 2019.
On the same day, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Minh Thong signed Decision No. 652/QD-UBND approving the Project to merge the Yen Thanh District Culture, Information and Sports Center with the District Radio and Television Station into the Yen Thanh District Culture, Sports and Communications Center.
